Secure payment

Payments are processed through Stripe Connect. For services with purchases or staff to book, part can be paid before the event as preparation funds.

The provider accepts the request or sends a final quote.

The client pays 100% of the amount in the app.

Depending on the service category, Kobra Event may schedule preparation funds before the event, then the balance after validation.

Responses, cancellations, disputes, completed services and reviews feed the profile.
