Kobra Event service
Kobra Event helps clients organize complete events by booking several verified providers in one place.
The platform supports matching, tracking, secure payment, messaging, reviews and support.
Accounts
Each user must provide accurate information. Kobra Event may suspend or block an account in case of fraud, abuse or rule violations.
Bookings
A booking may go through a request, provider acceptance, quote, payment and confirmation. Statuses shown in the app guide both parties.
Payments
The client pays in the app through a payment partner. Kobra Event does not store card details. At launch, a 5% commission applies to bookings paid through the platform.
Depending on the service category, Kobra Event may schedule preparation funds to cover purchases, raw materials or staff commitments. These funds are controlled by the platform and shown before payment.
Reviews
Reviews are reserved for clients who actually booked and paid for a service. Kobra Event may remove fraudulent, abusive or non-compliant reviews.
Disputes
A client or provider may open a dispute. Kobra Event may temporarily block a payout while the case is reviewed.
Prohibited use
It is forbidden to bypass secure payment, post misleading content, harass a user, impersonate someone or use Kobra Event for illegal activities.
