Events require preparation. This policy balances client protection and work already committed by the provider.

Principles

Refunds depend on booking status, time before the event, available evidence and the decision made in case of dispute.

Client cancellation

When a client cancels, Kobra Event may apply the policy visible at booking time. Fees may be retained if the provider has already started work or incurred costs.

If preparation funds have already been released for a service requiring purchases or staff, they may be retained fully or partially depending on the displayed terms and available evidence.

Provider cancellation

If a provider cancels or cannot deliver the service, Kobra Event may help find a replacement, block payout, refund the client or open a dispute.

Disputes

In case of disagreement, Kobra Event may request information from both parties and decide on a refund, provider payment or partial refund.
