A simple, transparent commission built for launch.

Kobra Event charges a 5% commission on bookings paid through the platform. The client pays in the app and the provider receives the amount according to the applicable payout policy.

Payment processing fees depend on the payment provider and may be displayed separately depending on the final configuration.

Client side

The Kobra Event app can be downloaded for free. The client pays for services booked with providers directly in the app.

Before each payment, Kobra Event displays the total price, key booking information and the secure payment status.

Provider side

Providers create their profile for free. A 5% commission applies to confirmed and paid bookings through Kobra Event.

For services without major costs before the event day, payout is sent after service validation by the client, automatic validation if no dispute is opened, or a dispute resolution decision.

For some services such as catering, cake, flowers, decoration, venue or sound/light, Kobra Event may schedule preparation funds from 20% to 50%, released before the event according to the policy displayed at booking time.

Payments and partners

Kobra Event does not store card details. Payments are processed through Stripe Connect.

Kobra Event uses terms such as secure payment, protected funds, preparation funds and payout after validation. The real payment is always processed through Stripe Connect.

Refunds depend on booking status, cancellation timing and any dispute. The full policy is available on the Refunds page.
